While there are four primary races:
African, South Eurasian, East Asian, and European,
by far the most successful is the East Asian and it's subraces and their admixtures, who could access not only Oceana via admixture with Early Out of Africa peoples, but Siberia and the Americas.
There is some confusion because the antiquated Caucasian identification mixes South Eurasian and European races. The Southern Eurasians are fundamentally the result of the dry Persian Gulf to Indus River peoples that spread from today's Persia (Iranic Peoples) to the East of India and the Northwest of Africa along the climatologically consistent sun belt.
Europeans were formed from South Eurasians by the cold, and are a standard deviation different in IQ and even more different temperament. East Asian morophology is due to the convergence of three factors: early out-of-africa phenotypes, extraordinary neoteny - more so than all the other races, even Europeans - and cold weather adaptation.

Middle East history is quite simple.

I. TURKEY
Turkey is more than half Indo European, with little Arab genetic contribution.
Indigenous Anatolian Component:
a) Anatolian Influence: Before the Turkic migrations, the Anatolian peninsula was home to various indigenous groups, such as Hittites, Urartians, and others. Estimates suggest that this component could make up around 20-30% of the genetic landscape.

(Unfortunately I don't see good numbers, but my estimation based on more recent data is that the Kurdish percentage is around 20%, the Arab is quite small. And the Turkic component is heavily overstated.

II. IRAN
Iran is still 50-60% iranic.
Indigenous Component:
a) Persian Influence: The majority ethnic group in Iran is Persian, and they are estimated to make up around 50-60% of the population. Genetically, they are a mix of ancient Iranian peoples and subsequent migrations.

Arab Component:

In terms of ancient admixture, all White people have some Middle Eastern ancestry (e.g. Caucasus Hunter-Gatherer ancestry inherited from the Proto-Indo-Europeans). Whites also have some distant East Asian admixture passed down from the Ancient North Eurasians, to whom we trace 5-35% of our ancestry. Modern humans also have 1% to 20% ancestry (depending on race) from various archaic human species, such as Neanderthals and Denisovans.
25% ancestry from a non-European Caucasoid (e.g. a Lebanese Arab) often results in an individual who can easily pass as Southern European.
25% ancestry from a completely distinct major race (East Asian, Amerindian, Oceanian, or African) has a more significant genetic impact.
For example, Castizos and Saamis (~25% Amerindian and East Asian ancestry, respectively) can pass as European,
but often have some stereotypically Asian features and stand out as non-White.
Individuals with 25% Sub-Saharan African ancestry, on the other hand, rarely look White — if ever.
Contrary to popular belief, a population that has been inbreeding for a long time may have reduced risk of inbreeding depression, due to the harmful recessive alleles increasingly being removed from the population by natural selection.
The island of Iceland, with an area of 103,000 km², was settled in the 9th century by a small number of Celts and Norsemen; There has not been much immigration since then and as a result, the current population, of about 331,000 inhabitants, is extremely homogeneous at a genetic level due to the high degree of endogamy, since if one takes any two Icelanders it is very likely that they are related, at most, to sixth or seventh generation. This endogamous demographic and social reality of Iceland does not prevent it from being one of the most advanced countries, with the highest quality of life and healthiest in the world.
McCarthy’s stabilization theory would suggest that race mixing is a form of hybridization that can create new racial groups. Modern Europeans, Ashkenazi Jews, African Americans, and Anglo-Indians are all racial groups that were created through hybridization of two or more racial groups. Recognizing this, the question becomes “Is this hybridization good for the gene pool in general?” In the case of the admixture that produced modern Europeans, we can conclude that it was overall good (we will never know if it was “optimal”)
Any totally homogeneous race would break up over time due to being conquered and receiving the migrants.
In the mixed race population, some White genes could be selected for, but you won’t ever re-evolve to the original White stock (or any existing race for that matter). Though because certain worthwhile traits, especially in civilization result in a White phenotype, most of the resultant races will probably all look physically Whiter than expected if civilization is properly maintained.
